I love Yoshinoya however today I visited this location and I got disappointed. If I could give a 0 star I would. I order my dish at the drive thru and my boyfriend paid a young lady who did not smile whatsoever through the time she attended us. Once we receive the order a younger dude had an attitude for some reason but my boyfriend was polite throughout the entire time. After giving a person respect you expect to receive a welcoming vibe but when we asked for some condiments he returned and didn’t even say you’re welcome. Unfortunately at this place those kids don’t care. The portion size of the meat is ridiculous. I always order the same dish every time I go to a Yoshinoya and they didn’t even put meat on half of my rice. I got a large grilled steak and I expected to receive the correct amount of meat. The management should enforce more policies to all employees. Never returning.

I have being in this area for quite some time and have seen how the quality of the food have decreased. It's not only the portion size but also the chicken many times is more skin than chicken and most of the time they get my order wrong. I stop going for few months and then I for get and go back but unfortunately nothing have change. I'm hoping that by writing this review management will take action and things will change for good.
