Great food here. So many options with broth and dipping sauce. Seems that the dipping sauce does overtake the broth flavor so may want to ask for the right combo. Highly recommend this place.

Hotpot for life. Seafood Essance is my favorite so far. Order it every single time I come here. Nice area with lots of parking. No outside drink/ food.

I’ve been to a couple of Shabu restaurants and this one is one of the best in terms of variety of soups, meats, and sauces. I got the pork bone soup with USDA rib eye meat and Thai Satay Sauce (which wasn’t too impressed with). I would definitely return in the future.

Great food, great price and great staff. If you have never tried this style of eating, do it. Staff are patient and happy to answer questions or give personal recommendations. Know that they are crazy busy and do not take reservations, so come early and expect to wait. They want your entire party present before they will seat you too.

My fave for shabu shabu (hot pot).... because their curry is a strong curry flavor. It doesnt get watered down. Love all the soup base & dipping sauce choices too!!! Must try!!! This is my go-to spot.
