The broth was amazing!! I am not picky (or very knowledgeable perhaps) with my ramen but this was incredible. I went for Ramen Day and I absolutely loved it. The price was very good, I got a large bowl and it was enough for me to take home. Staff members are quick on their feet and very polite. Great place!!

I'll give this a 2 star only because the first time we went there our food and service were good. Second time, absolutely terrible. The place was half full and the tables were all clean and set to be ready for guests. I told the host we were a party of 2 and was told the wait would be 15 minutes. Whatever for?? We finally got seated, already knew what we wanted, didn't get a server for 15 minutes. Ordered shrimp tempura, and got deep fried shrimp. Like American fried. I asked if that's what it was supposed to be and the girl said yes that's their "spin" on it. But there was absolutely no indication on the menu of that! Then the ramen was fine. Absolutely no one came to check on us after we got our food. When we finished, had to wait at least 30 minutes for the check!!!!!! Terrible service, all the other reviews also say the food is great but the service is awful. It seems that there is no assigned waiter and they kind of all help whoever but that means you get ignored a lot.

Best Ramen I’ve ever had. Really is delicious. Fatty pork extra spicy.

Kopan in Rowland Heights is a great ramen shop. Good service, cozy atmosphere, and I've always encountered friendly staff. The restaurant is a tiny bit on the small side, so call ahead for bigger groups. The bathrooms are nice, considered. Food is where it's at. I say that because I had a less than stellar experience at the one in Fullerton, but this Kopan was night and day.

First time at a Ramen restaurant and OMG it was amazing. If I am ever back in the area I will go again. Reasonable prices.
