First time we came to El Salpicon and we LOVED it! My husband and I ordered Pupusas and Mojarra Frita and El Plato Campesino and everything was DELICIOUS!! We give them an A+ on everything: FOOD , Service and Prompness..This is the first time we give an A + to any restaurant! We will be regulars here:-)

The food is great here, but service is always an issue. I called to make an order but by mistake I hung up I. I tried to call back several times but the line always sounded busy so I went to the restaurant. I was placing my order and mid-sentence the lady cuts me off to go take a phone order. I asked why my phone calls wouldn't go through as I had tried 11 times. The lady didn't believe me until I showed her and I found out they blocked my phone. To top it off they gave me fried yuca instead of steamed and had no more chicken for tamales.

Good food but the service is horrible. I call two hours in advace to have my order ready. Not order found when I got there I waited 20 mins for my order to be ready. I wasn't what I ordered and it was empty of people when I went.
