I like how this IHOP is not as crowded as the rest in the morning. I went before 10am and made no line. The food was tasty. Only down sides, the hot chocolate is not made like the rest of the ihops with powder it was made with chocolate syrup and tasted more like light chocolate milk and not that rich hot chocolate and also the food portions are tiny. Other than that their sirloin tip breakfast is always delicious.

The moment you walk in, you are greeted and walked to your table. Even though it was a full house, the service was prompt. We enjoyed our time at IHOP. I must say if you come in with a determined mind set you will get everything quick and tasty. I only hope your experience will be as good as mine. I prefer home made breakfast lol

First of all the coffee was cold , even after we asked for another pot it was still cold . The food was cold and the plates smelled like they sat in the dishwasher too long. It took us 40 minutes to get our food when there was only 1 single indivudual inside the restaurant besides us 3. I will never go to this ihop again . It was the worst breakfast i have ever had from a ihop. The hotel continental breakfast which is free, would have been so much better then wasting 40 bucks at this place. Horrible , never again ihop. You should be ashamed of yourselves. There was no one there. I dont understand it . I am giving it a 1 star rating because i have too but it should be a negative 5 star place . Horrible , and now my stomach is hurting

Nice service, but I ordered an orange juice with my order to go, and they forgot it! I totally just walked out with my food and halfway home realized they never brought it to the counter with my order. That's 4 dollars!! Tried calling back but the line is busy. Tried the line 6 times and busy! Man 4 bucks down the drain

Horrible service at IHOP. Waited 15 min for hot chocolate...wasn't even hot. Ordered our soup and 25 minutes after we ordered they said we don't have any more soup. We asked for water when we first got there...they brought it after our food which came 40 minutes later. Their expresso machine made a loud screeching noise every time they used it. Our waitress never came over once to ask us how we're doing or if wanted refills. My daughter's food came 7 minutes after our food came. Horrible service at IHOP in Ontario by the mall. #ihopsucks
