Duane's Prime and steak is delicious I went here for a celebration and when I saw the prices and the dress code I knew I was in for a treat and I knew that this was going to be a pricey dinner. None the less I decided to eat there knowing that the prices of the restaurant was going to be expensive deep in my mind I did not want to have high expectations because of the price of the food when I walked in the restaurant I would see multiple awards at this restaurant had and how there have been famous celebrities at this restaurant as well as important government officials and even presidents. When my food arrived with the over the top best customer service one can have I ate into my steak and at that moment I realized that I am eating one of the best steaks and lobsters I have ever had in my life there is a reason why the prices are expensive and notable people have eating at this restaurant. For this reason I definitely recommend anyone to come to this restaurant if they are looking 4 a great time and experiencing grade a quality delicious food or looking for a dinner celebration

This is a great place to get steaks. The decor is really nice. It’s a fancy and overall nice place to eat.

AGREE...DO NOT EAT HERE. We have tried over and over to get the meal and experience you should have for the exorbitant prices they charge. The food has gone way down hill. If you are sending the lobster tail back because it's over cooked on more then one occasion, something is completely off and disconnected with the chef and the staff at Duane's. The Italian restaurant next to the hotel is a complete joke. And after having the cafeteria (had better food at a cafeteria~!) food at the so-called Christmas buffet which was disgusting, I can honestly say we will never eat at any establishment associated with the hotel. You can get much better food at the sandwhich shop near by. And as long as I'm venting. We were there on a very hot day last year and we had to point out how miserable and dangerous it was for the beautiful macaws they display out front. They had no toys, no foraging toys, no food and the water was filthy. While one of the managers has supposedly taken care of those issues I shudder to think of how the birds are now. They need more physical and mental stimulation Mission Inn. Mattresses are uncomfortable, the noise from the seedy Hideaway bar across the street, (we have been woken up on two different occasions in the middle of the night from the debacle that is The Hideaway.) lack luster spa services, etc...have my husband and I thinking Kelly Roberts needs to stop spending on plastic surgery and put some money into the hotel and it's restaurants. The patrons of The Mission Inn deserve so much better. Oh and I just now figured out the name for Duane's. Duane Roberts....your restaurant SUCKS. It's so sad because now when we think of a weekend getaway and the Mission Inn comes to mind the first word is "Meh." Let's go somewhere else.

My brother and I had the best dining experience last week at Duane's. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive but not overboard. Melody and Orlando took the best care of us and dinner was excellent. The filet in our Steak Diane was like butter with the most delicious mushroom gravy. Every detail of our meal was impressive, and we topped it off with their special chocolate souffle, another excellent recommendation by Melody. It was very pricey, but I can't wait to go back, it was worth every penny.
