It was a weekday afternoon, the restaurant is very artsy outside. We were greeted by the host who was very cheerful and asked to wait for 5 Mins. The waiting area had about 3 to 4 chairs and the best thing I liked was the water jar with lemon and glasses. I felt it was very thoughtful considering it’s at the museum. We were escorted to our table and oh my! I was taken by surprise looking at the crowd. Most were over forties and the ambience was very business like, I expected it to be a casual place for some reason :). The menu was simple ( image attached) the waiter was very professional. We settled for a salad and a crab dish. They serve bread and butter to begin with and the food arrived at our table in about 10 minutes and it was tasty. I settled for a Mediterranean salad which was very overly priced considering I eat similar food regularly but it was presented very well. I think it’s the place tag we pay for here more than anything else. After the main course we asked for the dessert menu which was priced at about 11 $ but was mind blowing. It was an experience and a meal for 2 with no drinks was 98 dollars. I also figured they have one of the best wine menu. It’s a good place to try and experience the food and ambience.

Although we were told we had to wait 20 minutes for a table, in the end we were put in a part of the restaurant with many empty tables: very odd! Food was good but not special and the service was hurried. Could do better!

I have been here a few times. I particularly like when they offer the prix fix menus, usually served with the introduction of their special exhibits. Service is always top notch and the food is fresh and innovative. Great wine selection and creative cocktails. Plus, when the sun is out, incredible views when sitting near the window.

This place is worth for the atmosphere and the view. The food is nice, above average. Unfortunately it does not justify the price. I liked my mushrooms pie. I disliked the espresso.
