Friendly people. Workers need to concentrate on food order. My kid happy meal they forgot the chicken nuggets in the happy meal. I had to ask for employees for the chicken nuggets. They asked me how many was it and I replied 4 nuggets. They apologized but they didn't believe me. I guess manager needs to train them more but that's not my department. Then I ordered 2 apple pies, a small shake and a medium shake. Well I didn't get my apple pie I got two cherry pies. McDonald's why.

My order#343 at 10.10 pm 3/9/18 came out the way we ask, excellent costumer service attitude from the men that took the order. My order was no the usual, since we're not meat eaters. Out order before#242 , the lady that took the order also have good attitude, since she was very sure, when we ask for FRESH COFFEE, and also we ask for a cup of hot water.

Never again. To start, the young man taking my order was short, snippy, and perhaps a bit cocky while taking my order. Each sentence I attempted to speak was interrupted rudely. No big deal, some people are like that. At the second window, I was promptly asked to wait around the corner because they needed to wait for my food to finish cooking. I complied. After waiting there for 20 minutes, I walked inside to see about my order. It seems another vehicle was in the same boat. However, it appeared that we were put on the back burner so that they could assist other customers who came after us. Why? Then, the manager refused to hear any complaint, jumping straight to giving a refund. I don't want a refund. I want my food. If the manager spent the time she spent gathering refunds on assisting her staff, there would likely be no complaint. I'll not be going here again.
