Today I went to Subway today thinking that I was going to get this delicious Autumn Carved Turkey sandwich. Well the expectation was not met when I ordered the sandwich. I told the guy that it looked no where near what the advertisement in his store offered. The picture showed two layers of meat. He said your not the first person to say that. I'm like...HELLO!!!! That is false advertisement. There is no stipulations saying that this was not double meat. The girl next to him wouldn't give me her bosses number to fix the situation, and the lady behind me was also pissed that the they did not make the sandwich like promised in the picture. So I called customer service telling them of the situation and to let the owner know that this is wrong, and he needs to make it right. Lets see in a few days if they can fix the wrong doing. I would of given you five stars if the meat was filled like the picture. I finished the sandwich and sad to say I was still hungry :( Tasty but still hungry.....where is the meat that the picture promised?????? Have a great day, Matthew Continued....So now it's December 27 2017 and still haven't heard back from Subway. I've now passed your business many times on my way to Ralphs and I will always be reminded of the poor quality of service and disappointing amount of meat that the advertisement promised. So my news year resolution will be to cook at home. Thank you Subway for helping me to stop eating from the streets. Happy Holidays and Happy New Years. I hope one day you guys can fix the situation. You've lost this customer forever.

(ATTENTION!) Be careful when " Eric" is taking your order ! I have been to this subway many times and I have enjoyed it partially but just the other day on February 8th of 2018 this guy Eric had really irritated me . Something fast foods dont tend to do . I have worked in fast food before and I have patience towards others when they are serving me but Eric really got my blood boiling because he couldn't do his job correctly . I know subway restaurants are suppose to give there customers a good experience with good service . Eric did not follow of those procedures . Walking in he did not even acknowledge my existence . He kept sweeping . Then once I told him the type of sandwich I wanted he immediately said " you have to take these to go " which brought speculation and concern to me because I was at a 24 hour subway . Why would I have to leave i asked ? Then he gave me a lame excuse saying "homeless" so I agreed to leave . Seconds later he insist me to leave again ! After telling him I was going to leave already. Which really bugged me . So when it came to payment I handed him a coupon and this is where everything went totally wrong . This guy Eric tried to hassle me !! Tried stealing money from me . I noticed he hadn't inputed my coupon so I told him to put it on and he tried denying my coupon and proceeded to say . "No, you're getting a better deal the way I'm doing it ." I told him "no I don't think so . Put my coupon in " then he said "okay ." So i paid him and looked at the receipt and it had shown that he hadn't put any coupon In. I still have that same receipt to show proof . So I went up to him and tried to calling him but completely ignored me and walked off. So I waited there and he came back to tell me " no you're getting a better deal the way I did it " and then I told him " I told you to put the coupon in . I was at subway yesterday And used the same coupon and came out to $7 not $10." So then he came back and gave me $3 and nothing else . No sorry, no apology , no nothing . So please watchout for this guy i don't want this guy to steal or treat you the way he did me . Thank you for your time.

It's a subway with a decent sub, what else can I say.

The old guy who works after 12 am is worst mannered person I've ever met. If I see him working when I pull up I'm leaving. Everyone else is very nice.
