Incredibly small location for a restaurant located in a busy mall. Service is a bit slow so prepare to wait at least 20 minutes to be seated and another 15 for your food. Would recommend calling ahead or trying to make reservations beforehand. Prices vary but I recommend their $6.99 burgers. They are both delicious and affordable. Large parking lot and wheelchair accessible. Surrounded by Nordstrom and the cheesecake factory in the center of the shopping mall.

Made plans for my daughter’s birthday. Arrived there around 3pm on a Saturday. Waited for a table 20min. Needed restroom but none of the toilets were In service had to run out to the mall and used their restrooms. Server was kind, food didn’t take long. Order a French onion bowl. I got it and it was dried. It was Just the bread and the cheese soaked in soup but no soup. Asked to get anotherone but then got the second one too salty so didn’t bother asking for a new one. I always order French onion soup when I come to Red Robin, but this time someone wasn’t following the recipe. Everything else was great. We were there for about 2 hours when we were ready to leave I went to check on the restrooms still out. 😠.

Had lunch here with friend. It was busy so we are sitting at the bar instead. For the shrimp and cod entree, they have the gut to deep fried them, which made them very unhealthy and tasteless. And you need to dip the ketchup and ranch dressing for a taste. I am ordering a meal NOT a snack for the price. The way the cook food did not appreciate the food itself. A nice source of protein became a piece of tasteless junk! I cannot explain how much I was disappointed.

Very good food. Not very attentive staff. . Long wait to be seated even though the place was nearly empty. Had to wait longer for the advertised free fries refill than for the food in the first place
