My experience was phenominal...I just got off work and needed something to eat fast ...Walking in for the first time was greeted by Luciano.. I believe he was the manager...he dint hesitate to ask if I was doing good after I was done with eating the great deal carnitas burrito I ordered.. Luciano’s customer service was the best I seen in a very long time ..He did remind Me of myself when I started my career in Hospitality so hard working and making sure everyone was treated good with good customer service and attentive attitude towards customers and ..engaging with employees!..felt very good leaving This facility knowing that luciano will be a great leader and will treat every customer good!. Thank you Luciano for the best customer service you gave me. I’ll be back soon!!🙂

When I got to the speaker box the associate had me wait 2 mins to order when I was the only one in the drive thru. After ordering they tell me to pull to the side to wait for my order which was weird because they NEVER ASK ANYONE TO DO THAT and they shouldn't when we can easily block the exit. When I got my order I didn't get a receipt and the lady that took my order wasn't listening and forgot a drink and gave me other orders I didn't purchase. That is the last time I go to that place.

Ordering food here is a 50/50. Getting it right maybe. Cooking it fresh maybe. Waiting in a normal line maybe.
