So, I very rarely post things about restaurants, but this one really twisted me. Farmer Boys on Perris and Iris in Moreno Valley. 50+ minutes for a takeout order consisting of 1 burger, 1 sandwich (both combos), 1 side of fries. Food marinated under the heating lamp before being “served”. Got home (upset is not strong enough) and they still managed to mess up the order. The cheese on the burger was CREMATED. BeforeI left, the shift manager was dealing with another customer and I asked “how long are the drive through orders taking?” The response was a proud “5-7minutes”. Added, there were 4 cooks, 1 server, 2 cashiers and a manager. ZERO EXCUSES! Never going to any Farmer Boys again. If this is the state of training and customer service, they do not deserve my time and money.

The BLT was excellent, as we're the fries. The coffee was hot - just llke I prefer it. Parking lot was clean. This location is always busy.

Poor service! April 3, 2018 4:38 pm. General manager Sintia Pineda. 30 minutes to get served!. When I asked about my food, they said we have new cooks. They all quit. We're doing the best we can. We'll it's a business, that's not good enough!

Decent food, a bit on the slow side but fairly consistent.

We went to the Farmer Boy's on the corner of Pedro's and Iris at 5 p.m. on. Friday eve.. They were not busy, we waited 17 min. for our food and when it arrived at our sticky table, it was like warm. I LOVE Farmer Boy's, but I may have to go to a different location This one continually has a problem with slow service and Luke warm food
