Our first time at this location. Sunday rush. We waited 20 minutes to get a table, another 15 or 20 to get our order. Staff was courteous. Food was good. Table not wiped down very well. Did not like the seating arrangement. Tables only 20 inches apart from each other, no partition. Felt like we were eating in an army barracks. They also have booths with more privacy, but these were constantly filled. They have a coffee bar where you can get hot and cold coffees like at Starbucks. Plenty of parking space. Prices are affordable.

Very well kept up. The look inside amazing, very millennial. Food is IHOP. Not the best, but service was great and quick. The restroom was very well kept up. They have an area in the back that will fit a large group. Not expected from the outside and location. Impressed.

For 13 dollars I got more chocolate than humanly edible. The Belgium chocolate pancakes are phenomenal, and hot chocolate (which have unlimited refills.) My only regret is I couldn't eat it all.

They serve flavored cappuccino. Lots of meal options. Even an over 55 menu. Great service. Lots of room for friends and family. Address is 16080 Perris Boulevard, Moreno Valley, CA 92551.

My family and I had a great experience at this IHOP last night. The service was great! Actually the best customer service I have had at any restaurant. There was a menu item that I use to order that isn't on the menu anymore. Not only did the server go out of his way to see if they could make it, but, the manager Evans, made my order for me! He said he was a cook for them for 15 years and didn't mind at all. The food was all delicious for everyone in our party. Very attentive! We will definitely be back! The location is kind of hidden if you don't know about it. Corner of Iris and Perris Blvd in the back, behind KFC.
