So I was reviewing my receipt and I found a 0.52$ 'service charge' fee I was not told about. The receipt states the service fee is for "the rising cost in California". This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm already paying for your product and services, I should not be charged an additional fee for doing so. Cost in California are rising for everyone, myself included. Can Pizza Hut please provide me exactly how much they have collected in service fees and exactly what the fee has been used to cover? If you're going to charge a fee, a little transparency is in order. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I love Pizza Hut but yesterday I have no idea what was going on with my wings I had asked for buffalo mild wings and got wings with no sauce. I called to complain and all I got was a girl on the phone named Jojo saying oh hello hello I can’t hear you and laughing in the back. I mean I wouldn’t have been upset if I had gotten my order right. And they would have actually token my call I was on hold for 10 minuets both times I called. Things like this always happens in this location. Always messing up people’s orders. DONE with this Pizza Hut. Never again.

So I get to speak with the regional manager because of this place. This isn't the first time pizza has taken forever and I'm sure it won't be the last time. I live .4 miles away. Literally a block and a half 2 blocks max. Ordered pizza at 3:17pm online. I got the notification at 3:35 that it was out for deliver. At 4:25 I called the store. They called the driver and said she was on her way. Now let me just say, I know they make multiple deliveries in one run. Don't get me wrong. My sister worked for them as a delivery driver like 15 years ago. I get it. So anyways, the girl offers to get the manager. She comes back on the phone and I hear some less than 20 year old male saying all we can do is give her credit. I tell her I don't want credits I don't want free food I want there to be a fix in the flaw. He repeats it TO HER. I ask her to give him the phone. He doesn't say hi or anything just repeats "Like, the only thing we can do is give you credit." I repeat that's not what I want and ask if he is really the manager he pauses and with obvious attitude of I'm about to lie, says he is. I said as a manager that's not an acceptable answer you are supposed to fix the problem on your end you are a manager. That's your job. He says all he can do id give me credit. I said OMG how old are you?? He says with complete disrespect and why does that matter?? I said because you sound like a teenager. He said well that's rude! Okay fair enough. Let my temper get away from me. So I say, okay what's your name? He hangs up on me. Cool no problem. I have called corporate, waived the offer of free pizzas and the district manager will be calling me directly tomorrow. Oh and my pizza finally arrived at 4:45. She forgot my receipt. Which the pizza was delivered while I was on the phone to corporate...sooooo. Yeahhh. And no, I did not tip. The delivery and service fees are over five dollars and it took her an hour and almost a half to get to me. No tip. I am hoping they turn this around. This is ridiculous and I hate to say it but I hope that kid claiming to be a manager gets fired and grows up.

I placed an order worth $50, they called me not too long after to tell me there's no dough left to complete the order. Not only that, they took my money and told me to wait 3-5 business days and offered no compensation. I called back they picked up relatively quickly, the moment I talked about my money back they put me on hold. I drove to this store still on the phone with them (Bluetooth) and it was a twenty minute drive. And the phone's right there, on hold. Everyone is in the back laughing, having a good time. No regards to customer service at all.
