They need new management and take lessons from the one on Van Buren. I've never gone there and had any problems with that one. They make my food the way you order it. Then you go to this one they don't make the food the right way. Its messy and cold. The shakes were running with too much milk in them. I spent $22 here and ended up throwing all the food away. Why didn't I take it back because going there other times complaining about the food and it didn't help so what makes this time any different. So I won't be going back to this one. They suck I give them no stars.

Very slow service. Staff seemed to be more interested in talking than quickly filling orders

First visit went well. Second visit wasn't bad, but could have been better to avoid the third visit. They somehow thought I ordered a different burrito that doesn't even sound the same, but corrected the issue no problem with a fresh burrito.
