Visited Mr. You Express in Moreno Valley on Perris Blvd on a Saturday February 17 afternoon expecting fresh food, but was disappointed. There was no crowd, which was good but had to wait 45min because they were missing entrees. Some of the entrees trays were dried out and with little or no food inside. And the excuse was that there was only one cook and he was working on a party tray. I observed the ladies who were responsible for preparing the platters begging for the cook and others working in the kitchen to get food out on the line. There cries were being dismissed with sarcasm.
