I ordered a pizza online at 8:00 and the app said it would be ready by 8:26, when I arrived at 8:30 not only was my order not ready but they hadn't even started my order. I stayed there until 9:15 until my food was finally "ready". I ordered a premium pizza, 12 wings and bread twists came to $40. When I got home to feed my family the pizza wasn't even cooked enough to be edible, I only had 10 wings and the bread twists were basically just rough dough. I called back to explain what happened and the guy on the phone took my address and said he would remake my order and not charge me to deliver. I waited for an hour and a half and still no pizza. I called back again and was treated with nothing but rudeness. They said they were closed and refused to help my in any way. I asked for a refund and the guy told me to F off. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience at a restaurant. The pizza was so bad that I had to throw it away and basically waste $40 as nothing I paid for was edible. I will be finding out who the store manager is, the district manager and whoever else I can talk to about this terrible experience because this is unacceptable and nobody should have to go through this over a pizza.

I hadnt been to Round Table for a long time because of their prices. Ive grown up with Round Table, and they were always my favorite, so about a week ago I figured Id try them again after a couple years. I spent nearly $60 on pizza & breadstick twists. It wasn't horrible, but definitely not the Round Table ive known & loved for years. Service was good, employees were super nice, but the pizza isnt the same anymore. I think its the crust & bread used for the twists. Again, not horrible, but definitely not worth the price. Im not sure if it was this location, or Round Table overall. Unfortunately probably an overall recipe change. Change it back! Until then, ill stick with Little Bambinos.
