I have come to Boiling Pot many many times. The food is always delicious, but the service is not as good as it could be. I believe they are under staffed, and with more customer help I believe this could be a very fine restaurant. Let me finish by stating that the wait staff that you have works very hard, but they just need more help.

The food is fresh and staff are super friendly. They make it easy for newcomers to understand what to order. I'd recommend the #9. Also I loved the watermelon juice.

Don't come to this place. It's a wanna be Boiling POINT. We ordered a Thai Hot pot, and Grilled Shrimp salad. and two glasses of water. Food came at an average wait time. The soup looks good but unfortunately, the normal Thai Tom Yum flavor wasn't there but a Vietnamese sweet and sour soup instead. The soup was undrinkable since it's was too sweet. The Grilled Shrimp Salad is the same, sweet and sour. Too sweet. The server never came back to see if we needed more water, or napkins. When they finally came with the bill, I noticed they charged $.75 for each glasses of ice water. I thought it was a mistake, who would charge for water right? well this restaurant does. When asked the server why, she said because hot pot makes people thirsty and drink too much water and because they use filtered water. That's just insane! I would never come back and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Alot of hot-pot items for reasonable price. Too bad menu listing is too overwhelming. More pictures and less words would help.

Good good and fast and friendly service. Will come again.
