I got great service. Food was how we order hot and fresh. My son loves fries and chicken. So for him to eat his whole meal is a parents happiness. We received great greeting service. Plenty of selection on the soda machine. I would suggest just plain juice selection in the machine. I'm not much of a soda drinker and I don't like to give it to my son.

I didn’t even want to give 1 star to this store. I asked sourdough chicken club sandwich with bacon as side not in burger (burger actually comes with bacon). They said that they understood what i was asking in the drive through, and charged extra for bacon and gave me burger with bacon in it. And at the window, the lady was smiling for no reason and gave me one item at a time for 4 times. And they missed medium drink and curly fries. We had to ask them for each and every item and service was damm slow.

I know it's Jack in the Box really never more than three stars but this visit was the last time I will ever go there. They got my order wrong and then when I went back in she didn't even say sorry and acted like I was my fault. When I said this is what I want they said we don't sell that and they said it's right there on the menu and she rolled her eyes at all get a manager period manager wasn't much better he just took the food threw it away told him make the right thing and walked away never addressing me at all. Then was the food was Rico cooked it was put in a bag the lady walked by drop it on the counter and kept right on walking horrible to be quite honest I'm still kind of upset and might even called Jack in the Box corporate

2/14/18 @ 1:13 a.m. (Valentine's day) My experience was AWFUL! I went with my brother while waiting for my Mom in Alta Bates E.R. I got about 1/4 of the way into my Sour Dough Jack when I discovered about a 9" blonde hair partially in my mouth sliding across the roof of my mouth and my tongue, still connected to the rest of my burger, it was TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!! Did I mention that this was my second burger because I'm allergic to fresh tomatoes, specifically specified NO TOMATOES when ordering, I'M ALLERGIC! Get to the window and discover tomatoes! They missed it, had to toss & remake it! I FEEL SO ILL, as if someone had SPIT IN MY FOOD! .

Great place ,the guy that took my order ,10 ,patently to my order and helped , not like other jack in the Box were you dont even understand nothing and your rushed ,they sound like in the comedy George lopez , this jack in the Box is the Bomb and it was sunday at 1am rush hours great great great ,
