This is not just a Mickey D's...this is a Lafayette Mickey D's. The staff is oddly attentive and friendly. Took my mom here on the way through town cause she needed "a snack and sumthin sweet" and she ordered incorrectly. I heard her and they gave her exactly what she ordered, but at 90+ you get carte blanche to air your dissatisfaction. A worker behind my mom heard her and came up to us and asked if he could replace the order to her satisfaction. Are you sh!#ting me? Next thing you know she's got the burger she wanted...not the burger she ordered, and happy as a clam. I will postpone eating 20 minutes to make it back to this location from now on.

Keep your expectations low for the garbage experience you will have at this McDonalds location. Unclean tables and floors, slooowwwwwwwww service by Rick the depressed manager, and incorrect orders when they actually get them to you. I work locally and visit here once a week unfortunately. Always the same story “we’re understaffed”. Get motivated and fix it, Rick. The problem is you. Another female manager is also full of excuses about the poor service and filthy tables. Sadly, I don’t remember her name. Steer clear of this one if you can, lots of other local options folks. Update: This place is still nasty. Food all over floor in the kitchen (“Erick” says someone has to sweep that). Have some pride in your work man, quit shuffling around and get it together. Food is still inconsistent too. Tables and dining area are never clean. C’mon this is Wednesday night people.

Always slow service in the drive through, confusion with orders from time to time, sometimes things aren't even in my to go bag. I go because it's the only one near me. The McDonald's over on Contra Costa near in and out is much better

I felt uncomfortable when I order. The person who took the order could not understand what I said, maybe that was about pronunciation, so I pointed the one on the menu which was right in front of him, and I said this one, but he did not try to see what I was pointing and told me what is the this, so the manager just told him the menu. Hopefully, this worker pay more attention to the customer or put effort to get right order, and he did not asked for receipt.

Rude inept manager screwed up brewing coffee. Took 3 requests to get full order. Completely watered down coffee was undrinkable, eggshells in Egg McMuffin, no polite requests about why we were still waiting to get orded completed, but lots of attitude from manager. Store was not busy. Younger members of staff were polite and efficient but manager kept messing with them. Manager pulled out coffee/filter while it was brewing and let water run into coffe pot. Manager needs remedial customer service training and apparently training on basic McDonald's operations. No apology nor explanation was ever offered. Manager is incapable of running this McDonald's.
