I was very surprised and happy we were able to get a table on the same day. Their service is very good. The menu was very appealing, and the starters and pasta were great. Unfortunately one of the main courses was not what we were expecting and I was quite disappointed by the dessert. Both the cake from the tiramisu and pastry from the tart were overdone.

You need to eat here when in San Fran! The service is top notch! Something you would expect to pay over $100 or more a plate for, but yet the cost for your prefixed options is very affordable! The food is amazing! They also have an amazing beer and wine selection!

Loved the menu and the ambiance. Cozy and good for small groups. Requires a reservation. Fixed menu at a reasonable rates. Extensive wine list.

Excellent place for date night or special event (brought my friend for his birthday but didn't tell anyone there, yet he was still presented with a candle on his dessert.) Constantly changing $38 prix fixe menu features delicious first and second course plus dessert with an optional $10 pasta add-on. All the food was spot-on (inventive, tasty, and perfectly prepared) as well as nicely presented, and the waitstaff was attentive and friendly. I plan on returning since the food was quite good and I want to try more selections. The space is a bit cramped and loud but understandably, it's a popular spot. Be forewarned though, it's not as inexpensive as it seems, the bill was almost $200 for 2 people – however it's probably possible to get out cheaply if you don't order wine or sparkling water ($7!) It was all worth it though – highly recommended!

Service, presentation, cohesive. When you eat here, those things will come to mind. I wish the dishes had more flavor, specifically the short ribs, but everything was great. The service is unreal, but that should be expected with the prices. Overall, the dishes looked amazing and they all went well with each other. Again, just wish the main dish was tastier and more flavorful.
