Don't expect anything fancy in this large venue, nor the deferential welcoming you may expect from any above-average restaurant. The staff can be a bit curt while accommodating you, and the servers may not be particularly fluent in English. However, service is swift and efficient, and for dim sum all you need is to point at what you'd like to try (or you can still easily order a la carte). The place is especially suitable for medium size groups and for families. And very reasonably priced.

Convenient SF Chinatown restaurant for large banquets. Prices are reasonable. Banquet portion a bit small for the price. It also depends on how much you want to spend. They are accommodating to not charge for corkage or cake cutting

Food is ok but the restaurant is very noisy and always full. If you wish to eat here for lunch on weekends, try to come at 11 as the place. Will be packed quite quickly. Service is good though and food is served through carts.

By far the best dim sum I have had in San Francisco. It's always full of people so sometimes the wait can be pretty long, but it's well worth it. Definitely get the turnip cakes, Chinese broccoli, and shumai.

I went here a long time ago when I was 13 and I loved it, decided to go here again when I have limited time in SF. Worst decision. my friend and I were only obvious non-asians there and we got the worst service. Food was always cold including the hot dishes. 40 minutes after our table was cleared did we actually get our check even though we kept asking. Finally we just decided to get up and go to the host lady in front, I left a tip on the table even though it was not deserved. And the rudest woman yelled at me for leaving it at the table. Then she rounded up our total bill just because? THE FOOD HERE IS NOT WORTH THE RUDENESS OF THESE PEOPLE
