Food is always good.. problem is that the location is in a rough spot for customers. The location is always busy and I've got about a 90% of being put on hold if I ever place an order by phone. Location is right after the hegenberger bridge and the characters that are roaming around always seem to be up to something. I've never had a problem and I've never seen anyone have an issue, but I would lock my doors and keep an eye on my belongings if I were a customer. Customer service isn't always the friendliest either

Don't place orders cause you will still wait. 40 mins on phone ridiculous

I love the fried wings cause I asked for mines to be cooked longer than usual..... I also like u have over 50 plus sodas & non-carbonated drinks to chose from & I personally don't like their fries so I get potato salad all the time instead!!!

The wings were okay. We ordered Wingstop combos, bone in, original and teriyaki, which did not taste like a traditional teriyaki sauce. The original needed seasoning. Fries were greasy and drinks were on the ultra sweet side. But it's not about the wings. It's all about whether you can tolerate the wait. And of course, one who cannot wait should avoid visiting during lunch time on a Friday. And above all, don't arrive hungry. In all fairness to Wingstop, they issue warnings on website suggesting that you pre-order and they also discuss the long wait times. On my visit the customers waiting were friendly although a few harassed the pleasant, hard-working-but-disorganised-and-sometimes-intimidated staff. We waited 45 minutes after placing order. In my opinion, to justify a return visit, one has to really love these wings. My personal all-time favorite place for wings is Popeye's Louisiana chicken.

Can't go won't with some delicious wings from Wingstop! The location can be busy. Not much space to dine in.
