It's cute, simple good yet not great fare at fair prices. It's a go to if drinking next door or in the area. It's near hospital and you could do worse. The staff and owner are nice. Give it a try.

I've always enjoyed a place that serves warm sourdough bread with real butter. They offer a variety of seafood dishes that remind me of Monterey Bay restaurants. The clam chowder was thick and smooth. Didn't drink beer tonight but they had a great selection on tap. That will be in another review. Thinking New York steak next time. Weekend Early Bird 3-5pm prices reasonable.

Greatest Italian I've had in a long time. I had the Stuffed Sole, and it was the best. I would eat here again. Our waitress, Rachel, was nice and funny, and was good at helping us. The wait was a little slow, but the quality of the food and the comfortableness made up for it.

Great service, pretty low prices for dine-in fare, but the food was merely okay. If price is a big concern, then this place is still a big step up in quality from something like Denny's, with only a little step up in prices; at least, if you catch their early bird menu (4-6 pm), as we happened to. We've only been the one time, and so can't comment on their regular menu's prices. The atmosphere is a bit neglected. It's not unpleasant by any means -- no harsh lighting, or uncomfortable chairs -- but it looks like it could use some freshening up. The clientele, at least at 6 pm on a Friday night, was mostly retired couples. No one seemed to mind us strolling in with our five-year old, though.

Dino's used to be on Castro Valley Blvd. They are at a new location in Castro Valley across from the hospital on Lake Chabot Road. Food is very good and good portion size. Service is very good also. I would recommend this place to everyone.
