Sort of a sweet and sour review. Firstly, recently went to the Alameda Jack on Webster a few weeks back and was told that company wide they weren't going to sell Monster Tacos anymore. What?! Crazy! Couple weeks later ended up at this location, who negated that statement and said they will continue selling them. Yippee! Needless to say, ordered a Monster Taco, and it was very fresh and yummy. That was the sweet part. Now for the sour piece. Staff were not real "with it". Felt as though they had other things to do when taking orders, checked their cell phones continuously, and forgot items that were ordered. When I back to counter with receipt to retrieve missing items, first reaction was "you didn't order those"...... Receipt indicated otherwise.

Staff was very friendly and place had everything at the front for you sauces, ect. The food was made fast but I do have to say my chicken nuggets were a little burnt. Overall great experience.

Never seems to matter how fast you get your food here. Your food always seems to be lukewarm if not cold.

I was waiting in line and a customer came to pick up his order. He stated that part of his order was missing. The guy at the register took another person's order then asked if he could help me. I said that he could assist the gentleman who said he was missing part of his order. They went back and forth a couple of times. The person behind the counter and walked away. I stood there for about three minutes and then left. Unsatisfactory service which left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably will not visit Jack In the Box again.

The speaker box wasn't working so we had to wait in a line of cars before we could give the lady or order... we were stuck sandwiched in between cars so there was no way to back out. It was a bit of an inconvenience sense we were running late. The food was nice and hot...
