Just not good. Walked into empty restaurant , sat at a table, found table sticky and dirty. Food had very little flavor and was low quality. Not too exciting.

Normally I love Pick Up Stix but this place was Terrible!!! The service was Absolutely Horrid!!! We spent a lot of money here and they forgot one of our Entrees. I understand, stuff happens. I'm angry because when I went up to ask about it and they just gestured for me receipt! No "I'm terribly sorry" or "It's completely our fault" NOTHING like that. Just "I didn't see the order, she put it all together" and handed me back my receipt. That was the manager!!!!! We'll NEVER be back to this one!!!

Healthier choice. Thai Curry chicken is the best!

I have been wanting to come and eat here for a couple years but never did until now. My first surprise was that for 2 entrees I ended up paying $24 without any drinks. My second surprise was that I waited 45 min for my food. That is a ridiculously long amount of time. There were only 2 people ahead of us. I wouldn't recommend this place. Service was horrible and food was expensive.

Been wanting to come here for years. One reason or another, it never happened. So last night, we decided to try it out. It's in a shopping center with tons of places to eat. There is inside and outside tables. When we walked in, there was only one guy in there eating. 7 PM on a Saturday night. Weird. (All the other places were packed) It was about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were standing there. Which was fine. We were still looking at the menu. But the cashier!!! I know customer service is a dying breed. But she was the rudest person! She looked everywhere but at us. Seemed completely annoyed we were there. And rushed us. I actually felt nervous ordering!! She talked in a rush, and it was mostly yeah ok. A syllable short of grunts and moans. We even forgot to order drinks, because we were rushed and nervous. We had to order again. For this alone, I would NEVER go back! Now, the food. It was good. Nothing special. We got white rice, fried rice, honey chicken, chow mein, and the house special. And 6 of the cream cheese wontons. The wontons were OK. They were cold by the time we got them. (We ate there). Those are better hot. The yellow sweet and sour is awful! Taste like soap. This was about 33 bucks. Not cheap! (Ad another 5 bucks for drinks) The honey chicken was OK. It kinda just tasted like chicken. Wasn't crispy at all. Actually on the soggy side. The rice and chow mein were good. The house chicken was really good. A lot like orange or sweet and sour chicken. Had a lot of flavor. Even though nobody else was waiting on food, it took about 15-20 minutes to get our food. A lady who came in after us, and ordered, got her food a few minutes before us. Weird. No big deal. We will never be back. BRING CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK!!!!
