We eat here for family get togethers a couple of times a year. Food is good, drinks are good, service can be hit or miss. They have this whole gimmick about not wearing a neck tie and cutting it off and stapling it to the wall. At one time they had thousands of ties all over, but took them all down awhile back. They have started hanging more times up, so guessing it was just a big clean out. Parking is easy and they do get busy at times.

There is no other restaurant like Pinnacle Peak. It is known far and wide for its steaks and ribs, the salad and bread, and maybe more than anything else, the beans! The servers are friendly and helpful. When you're there, you feel like part of an extended family. You'll know what I mean as soon as you enter the door. A full service bar is available. Last thing, wear a tie at your own risk.

We celebrated my father here tonight. This was his favorite restaurant. The service and the food is amazing here. I highly recommend Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse. They are child friendly.

There were 6 of us there and all of the steaks were cooked great except one. She ordered it well done and had to send it back twice. The prices were reasonable and the service was pretty good

Love the Smokey, charcoal grilled flavor that only open flame cooking can do. Portions are super generous and a steak sandwich is definitely assured for your lunch the next day. Customer service can use a little bit of enthusiasm as versus going through the motions. Some of the service staff give you the impression they don't feel like being there.
