Not the best Weinershnitzel. The staff all seem to be super secure in their jobs so they don't try very hard. While I was there on lunch at least three people came in from the drive through to get their orders fixed.

I just had a horrible experience here. Not only did I get extra food I didn't want, but they didn't give me the receipt for me to check if they charged me for it. I also ordered a banana split and the girl gave it to me without a bag. When she came back to the window with the rest of my food I asked her for a bag to put the banana split in. She told me the bag she was holding didn't have much food in it and to put it in there. Is she serious? Why the hell would I put a cold ice cream on top of my warm food? She has no common sense. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It's so awful that i'm writing a review which i've never done before. There's a blonde girl at the front who is so disrespectful i actually considered returning everything and getting my money back. It makes me so upset because I actually really love wienersnitzel and it's the only one in my area but because of how rude and disrespectful the workers are i will not be returning. I rather drive 30 minutes away for good helpful workers than ever order from that specific business again.

Awesome customer service, and their ice cream machine is consistently working everytime I visit. Most places give me lip about ice cream and it's so annoying. Not here, even 11:50pm ten minutes till closing and ice cream is no problem for these guys. Highly recommended.
