Horrible customer service, the server sneezed on my sandwich and just kept making it like nothing happened. On top of that she kept speaking to the other server in an unfamiliar language, they were just rude all around I asked fof mustard and was drenched in it. Then the server (knowing the transaction was not done) said have a good day with a sly remark. Today I was at a store next to Subway and as I leave a family was exiting Subway very angrily, screaming at ghe servers, with no food, I guess they didn't like their customer service either. Someone needs to take a look at the Subway because their going to start losing customers.

Horrible customer service, they never listen to you and they don't honor coupons or promotions. Wanted a toasted sandwich today and started making it and then they tell me the oven is down! Corporate needs to visit them or just take it away from this owner because they are giving subway a bad rep.

They don't deserve your money. Terrible customer service and the toaster oven was broken. The cashier actually rolled her eyes at us as she was making our sandwiches...Should have just left and gotten food some where else.

Just yesterday i decided to try this subway because its closest to my house. I ordered a subway club and asked for extra tomato no cucumber. The woman tried to give me no tomato and extra cucumber so i asked her if she can fix it. She gave me attitude and put 3 tomatos on and didnt take the cucumbers off. When i was trying to pay she swiped my card several times as if it wasnt working. I checked later and was charged 3 times for my sandwich. Now i am stuck waiting for my refund for the other 2 charges. Very unsatisfied and ill never come back.
