I like this place but then again it's a hit or miss. The times I've been there late at night and the only one in tje drive through it still takes a while and the people in the drive through don't seem to be very fast or responsive as well. I'm not sure if they don't get paid well or what but I enjoy when I go to eat somewhere and the people actually look like they aren't upset about customers. Customers bring the company in business and money and that should be appreciated. People should take pride in their jobs even if you don't like working there; just for the plain fact that your work ethic shows a lot about who you are as a person.

I literally just got done ordering. I was on my way to work, and couldn't turn around to talk to them, but I tried to call and got voicemail. It took 15 minutes for them to make mine and my husband's meals. When they finally got done they didn't even give us the option if we wanted any kind of sauce or not. They closed the window fast. My husband took a couple fries out (he got a number 4 large) and they were stale and cold. The burger had a long hair in it, both our hair is medium shoulder length. Disgusting!! But I ordered a grilled chicken burrito with rice, beans, and tortilla chips. The rice was not cooked all the way, it was hard and crunchy, I tried to suck it up, but when I found two long hairs in my burrito is when I couldn't eat it. We just spent $21 and some change on something we couldn't eat! This is disgusting. I'm so disappointed. I can't even get ahold of them to get my money back. Worst place to eat ever. Yuck. not to mention this was 8:50 pm. And we were the only car in the drive thru the whole time, and it still took that long, for something we just have to throw away! This is horrible. they didn't even give us a receipt!!!! Ugh.

got my food couple times here but never my fries that i order. very disappointed all they say is come back and get your fries. im very dissatisfied with this location. almost $3 wasted each time they do this

Worst Carl's Jr ever. They can't ever get an order right. It's unfortunate that there are so few options in this area
