People there just don’t listen and do not pay attention to what they are doing. I would not bother going to this Arby’s but it’s the only one within 10 miles of me and I love their Greek Gyro’s with the cucumber sauce. This one doesn’t put the feta cheese that supposed to come with it. And it’s always cold. They always get the Greek Gyro confused with the roast beef Gyro and the roast beef sucks. This may be the last time I go to Arby’s. Period. I’ll drive further at least I know they’ll get it right and it will be awesome. The people are just like the area they don’t give a damn. Come on Arby’s I know good help is kind a hard to fine but with all the unemployment in that area if she’ll be able to find a few good people to work for you.

Horrible, just left the drive thru. Ordered a turkey gyro meal and mozzarella sticks. The fries must of been sitting out for a while because they are ice cold. Paid over $11 for this horrible meal with horrible service. What a waste

Arby's used to have those meaty classics I loved in the day. They must have cut back on the meat (unlike the commercials running on tv now claiming they "have the meats"). The pricing, by congrast, is higher. This particular location is very slow and this is not the first time I have eaten here. To be fair the classics I ordered weren't bad but probably won't be ba k to this location any time soon.

It's been a couple months since my last visit to Arby's. I just stopped by today because Del Taco is too busy. Service was really quick and a friendly lady at the counter today. My previous two times I was here had a long wait at the order counter for 1 person ahead of me and I waited nearly 10 minutes and the food was Luke warm, including the Au Jus. Not the friendliest customer service but I stayed...considered leaving for Del Taco in the same business lot. Their renovated facility looks good! Considering the area, this restaurant has been a decent place to have a pleasant meal. But has lacked prompt and courteous customer service on multiple occasions.
