We come to this wienerschnitzel often. We ordered with coupons that we keep in the car and realized after we got to the window they told us the coupons were expired since they were from 2017. They proceeded to charge us individually for each or the items and when we asked if it would be cheaper to have gotten the chili lovers combo the worker got an attitude with us telling us we had ordered using the coupons and so that's what she gave us and it's not her problem that the coupons were expired. I asked then if instead we could get the chili lovers combo since they came with drinks also and we were told they would charge us again for the drinks instead of making it part of the combo. Both the employee and the manager on duty were very disrespectful and had an attitude about what was being requested. When we went up to the window we found out they had charged us for a second pastrami when we only asked for one and they continued to tell us how the 3 individual items when charged separate were more expensive than the chili meal is what we'd been trying to explain to them the whole time and the chili lovers meal included a drink. We don't live close to a wienerschnitzel so we no longer receive coupons for them but since I work with the veterans hospital I am always in the area. This is very disappointing to receive this kind of attitude from a restaurant that we try to frequent. Even the manager got an attitude when we asked for the manager stating 'I am the manager on duty'. While sitting there I watched 2 other customers recieved wrong orders and come back to get their orders fixed. It's rediculous to be treated like this from your restaurant and not only am I going to be sending this survey but the same comments will be going on the Google review and a yelp review.

It shouldn't be a big deal if you took my order wrong and just fixed it. But no, these people want to place the blame game and try and tell me your going to charge me the difference when in reality the difference is you owing me money - " I'll just make it for you" never going back.
