Placed an order online after they closed and got the error message. called to make sure my payment didnt go through and the guy was a rude as hell. He didnt even let me explain what I was calling about lol he just kept inturrupting me to tell me they were closed and that he was sorry. Bro i know your closed I didnt call to order a pizza, I called to make sure i didnt get stiffed, if you would just listen and quit talking you would understand that. Its really unfortunate this location is so aweful because everyone loves mountain mikes pizza! Needs corporate intervention for sure.

Went in with my family and was treated like we were all in invisible. Noone said anything or took our order. I ended up going to the domino's Buffett on folsom Blvd and the service was as soon as we walked in.

Pizza was $20.00 for a 14 inches. Super bowl Sunday and pizza go together, and I wanted some jalapeno poppers... they were $7.99 which jumped the totally to $30.00. Stupid expensive for a SMALL LARGE pizza and side. Will never order from them again.

They do not close 9. They pick and choose when to close. Tried to order at 9:20. They said they are closed.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!! The customer service, terrible! The manager walks around with a mug on his face. So I paid for 2 adults and 1 kid dinner buffet, which is all you can eat. While eating, after about only 8 minutes in, my 19 year old son took his few pieces of pizza to the car to take a phone call in private, while we finished eating, 2 minutes later the manager and worker came and removed all the food from the buffet. The salad bar, pizza, and bread sticks. I asked the guy was the location a corporate or franchise and for the phone number, he old me they don't have it on file, which is illegal, and then proceeded to argue with me. I will be finding the number and reporting them and will never visit the Carmichael, Ca location again.
