Ordered bacon crispy, arrived chewy. Ordered eggs over medium, arrived over easy. Coffee cup had lipstick on it. Provided about half as much jam for toast as needed. Nothing horrible, but they missed on all points. Not worth it for the cost.

Just moved here a few weeks ago. Our first experience was excellent. Food was great, service was great. My husband and I took our daughter out for pie and got the worst service I have ever had. I manage a restaurant so I notice mistakes but I'm incredibly understanding. We waited a while for our server to come take our drink order, no biggy. When she came back to take our order she just stood there. I politely gave her our order (4 pieces of cold pie). She said nothing, just sighed like she was annoyed and walked away. We waited 35 minutes (mind you it was not busy) she put the pie down on the table, never said a word and walked away. She never checked on us and I didn't get a refill on my coffee until we checked out about 25minutes later. I never do this, but I let the manager know about our experience. He was kind and apologetic but it was clear that he was used to getting complaints about her. I'm not about trying to get anyone fired but c'mon, Shari's. You're losing customers. ... oh and the women's restroom 🤮. Most truck stops have cleaner restrooms than this place.

Shari's is a place I go quite often. Since I am a regular there, I know the servers and even some of the cooks. They all call me by name, know that I like cinnamon in my coffee and how I like my eggs. They even know my grandson by name. They always give us super service and great food. Love this place, that's why I am a regular.

Shari's has been a staple in our local community for years so it was an easy choice for us to stop on our road trip. This location however, did not live up to our expectations. We waited 15 min at the seating sign before even being acknowledged by the staff. Then another 20 min for our table. Our waitress was pleasant, the food was ok, but the manager..... his station was within earshot of our table and we got to hear all the loud and inappropriate conversations he was having with employees. Also the kitchen staff was BLASTING music which came blaring through every time someone opened the kitchen door. Now I love to rock out as much as the next girl, but not while relaxing after 10 hours in the car. The icing on the cake was the condition of the restroom. The women's restroom had toilet paper EVERYWHERE and I suspect that someone vomited down the side of the toilet....

Ordered online for pick up. Arrived 5 min early, overheard hostess telling the chef the order was wrong. I waited for upwards of 20 min for part of my order to be remade 3 times. I was given a free pie, that's nice-- the pie was not good at all. By the time the wrong parts of my order was fixed, the rest was cold, so I got home and needed to reheat all of it and the food was just alright. I live literally 90 seconds away. The staff was apologetic and I was given a "consolation prize". But we won't frequent here. It's more of a convenience because it's one of the few places open 24 hrs.
