As with any fast food, there can be confusion. No concern there though. I ordered the Ghost pepper hot wings and their sweet & spicy sauce had more heat than the wings. They were also super tiny, rather frustrating to work on getting the meat off of something so small. The chicken strips are much better. All in all, it was good considering it was a chain restaurant. But probably won't eat at Popeye's again unless that's the only place to eat.

Only order from the drive through if you have time to kill. The wait time is ridiculous.

I just got out from there today (12-22-2017) and had to tell the staff taking her break close to our table, that I am totally converted today. There is no way that KFC can catch up to their flavors here now. The Cajun fries my wife loved and we ate everything down to the bone, it was that delicious. She replied: That's what I wanted to hear and I thanked her on our way out. I don't look at the looks of the staff Like others do, or their personalities, they are adequate to do their jobs and feed us with the very best hot n spicy chicken I will not soon forget. I can almost predict I'm going to have a craving for those by next week I think. Thank you Popeye's at Mack Road/Franklin Road.

Went in drive thru and wasn't busy at all only two car ahead of me and i order 16 piece chicken only spicy and i got all mild pieces instead and the drive thru person repeated it back to us and it was correct and when i got home all the pieces where mild and this is the second tine this has happened to me. Last time i order the 36 piece ghost pepper wings and i got 24 instead. I was quite mad because i spent extra money on a 36 when i got a 24 piece. Honestly if you run out of the chicken just tell your customers "that we are currently out and making more", and tell them how long it will take ext.. But when you dont and your customers expect what they get and they end up not getting it of course the customers are going to be mad. I could have went back and complained but i didnt want to ruin anyone day. Please make sure everything is viable for the customers otherwise it gets complicated for employees and consumers.
