The food is always good but the service was poor. They always forget a couple of things during my order. This time it was my enchiladas and tortillas. I also had a very long wait for my food and even longer with the enchiladas. If they can clean up the service issue, this place would be a 5 star establishment.

Enchiladas were not cooked. Literally just shredded cheese. Cold to the touch. Chicken was burned black. My kids wouldn't touch it. All close parking spots taken yet nobody else in the restaurant. Watched employees go out to their cars parked in all the close spots. The bathroom situation was very weird. No men's room. I usually adore pollo loco but our entire experience here was absolutely terrible. Management feel free to reach out for more info.

I loved their burritos. I ordered California and spicy one. Both of them were pretty good! But when we went back and ordered burritos it was terrible....chikens was so hard.it ruined whole burritos. Because it was to go order? We ordered 3 burritos. All of them chickens was hard and nasty.

Good tasting food. Friendly staff were very accommodating. Only thing that I would say against the service were the many depleted options in the dining room. Salsa, napkins and many drink options we simply unavailable. Don't know if it was a resupply issue. Regardless, the staff were willing to help provide the missing items from behind the counter.

Not happy with today's experience at pollo loco at delta shores. Crew made too many mistakes and there were only two customers in the restaurant. I was one of the two. I asked for chips with my family meal order and I was given tortillas. Good thing I checked the bag. I ordered two orders of churros and there wasn't any in the bag. After crew was notified again, they had to make it. If I got home and not checked the bag first, it would have been a long trip back. I can understand if the place was busy but two customers, come on! NOT HAPPY...
