This wing stop is much much better than anywhere else I’ve been! The service was amazing, workers welcome you in and make sure throughout the whole process you know what you’re paying for (they repeat your order before you pay and repeat when you receive your order so i don’t understand what the most recent 1 star review is complaining about..?) Although I tend to come here after work, I only really come to meet with the workers because they’re all super friendly! There was also one time when I got my order of 20 lemon pepper wings boneless when I asked for bone-in, but because I was paying attention when I received the order and they repeated it I told them I wanted bone in, instead and Letty was very nice about remaking it (and quickly , at that). Overall I’m very satisfied with this wing stop! Great workers, great wings.

This Wingstop in particular is on of the best places i have visited. The customer service is really great and the atmosphere is very nice. I came in with a group of friends, gave them one big order and they didnt mess up! We asked them if they could change the channel to another game, and they did, talk about next level customer service! You can definitely count on them to take your order and not mess up. The manager Letty was really helpful and polite to one of the customers that had a question. I recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing food,Great Atmosphere, The customer service is Wonderful! Letty my cashier was very helpful my first time helping me understand the menu, the prices and specials. She repeated the order multiple times to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone!

LETTY the evening shift manager thinks she owns the store and has very rude customer service. I ordered their 40 piece bone in family pack and 20 piece boneless separately. They gave me all boneless. I had spent $50.09 for the whole order and when I called to report Miss Letty refused to help me. She said bring the 40 pieces back for a refund. I had family over for Halloween mostly kids. They started eating them before we realized that all of it was boneless. Most it ended up in the trash because no one liked the boneless pieces. But Miss Letty wanted me to take everything out from the trash before she could do anything because her point was to check to see if it has bones in it before eating. I guess she expects kids to check for bones in their wings before eating it. All I wanted from them to acknowledge their mistake if they couldn’t give me a refund. I didn’t want a full refund or replacement order. Just a simple apology would have meant a lot. Instead they ask customers to dig in the trash to take the boneless wings back to them. $50 is a lot of money I spent on wings and I got disappointed all the way around. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE double check your order before checking out. Also be careful of MISS LETTY the evening shift manager. She cheats customers and has very rude customer service. They lost a regular customer.
