Sizzler can be hit-or-miss. I guess it depends on how well they have their staff trained. Sometimes I'm there and you get served quickly and the food is cooked correctly and the salad bar looks fresh. Other times I'm there and you're standing around, actually sitting waiting for a server to come get you your drink check on you and to pick up your little piece of paper so they know what your having at your table.

Well, this is my second time having Sizzlers and I am very disappointed in my second visit with this Sizzler. Our order taker was a Supervisor for the night, and he did not appear to be "happy" to be taking our order. He forgot to give me change and on top of that, we did not know where to sit because we were not guided to any seats. I get that it has been a long night, but hey, we all have long nights. Our server forgot to give us our bread after I asked about six times. I guess they were trying to avoid making more bread. I had to finally ask him again after finishing my main course if I can just get some bread to go. Low and behold, I got my bread, but guess what, they were GARLIC BREAD?!?!?!? I am just confused. The bread i was served at my first visit was soft bread rolls served with cinnamon butter. I don't know, maybe this store ought to step up their game. I just had to vent. My steak was dry. The best thing I probably had that night was the beer. I guess I might just be expecting too much or this store just have workers here who don't care. Wish I can rate 0. It is what it is . My visit was on 03-10-2018 at about 8:30 p.m. P.S. there was trash everywhere. Literally on the floor and tables. It was NOT clean. I am a fair rater on restaurant, but this is by far the worst I have been to. The worst I ever have to rate a store was only 3 stars. Says a lot. Hope you guys can step up your customer service and cleanliness.

Was completely empty when we went in. Placed our order and were seated pretty quick. They brought out some free cheese toste, two slices. They asked if we'd like more which we said yes to, We never saw more. They didn't bring us our drinks until our food came out. The food was all really good. I asked for a refill about halfway through the meal that was only ice left. I didnt see the refill until we were getting up to walk out the door to leave. Food was good service was not.

Very disappointing. We decided to try the sizzler in elk grove. The tortilla soup was actually to spicy to eat. The waitress tried and agreed. They took our plates and our silverware. We asked for more and was told you get only 1 setting. They did give us another. There was hardly any choices for food. Meatballs, no spaghetti. Only macaroni. There was no choices of meat. Very disappointing. The desert had soft serve ice cream only with a few choices for toppings.. No pie or pudding. The owners should visit the one by sleep train. And see what a good choice selection looks like. We spent $38.00 For 2... Unless there are drastic changes I will drive the extra 10 to 15 mins and take my business elsewhere

My husband and I just got done having dinner here. The service was very poor. We finally had to ask for water The salad bar was underwhelming . There were not many selections and some of the tomatoes were rotten The fruit wasn't ripe The soup was over seasoned. We kept waiting for service. When we finally got a waiter and asked for water, we never got any This happened twice! The desserts were few. I honestly have never had poorer service And for both of us having just the salad bar cost nearly $40.
