First time here. Heading to Silverwood lake. We decided to stop by for breakfast since it was the only thing open this early. The nicest service of any subway I've been to. Felt more like I had breakfast at a mom and pop than a national chain. Extremely friendly. What caught my attention was how genuine the attitude was. We had turkey sub and breakfast sandwich. Nice view with the snow and the trees.

THE OWNER JODI GLAVIANO IS A HORRIBLE NASTY PERSON. MY MOTHER USED TO WORK FOR SUBWAY AND JODI IS ALSO AN OLD FAMILY FRIEND OF MY BEST FRIEND, SO I KNOW HOW RUDE SHE CAN BE. SHE TREATS HER EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS WITH TOTAL DISRESPECT. SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE WAY SHE DEALS WITH PEOPLE ON A DAILY BASIS. SHE TOLD HER DAUGHTER (WHO IS ALSO AN EMPLOYEE AT SUBWAY) NOT TO GIVE ME A BAG FOR MY SANDWICH. UNDER HER BREATH, AND WHEN HER DAUGHTER ASKED WHY SHE SAID SHED "TELL HER LATER". SHE DIDNT HAVE THE BALLS TO SAY WHATEVER SHE WAS GONNA SAY IN FRONT OF ME BECAUSE I CONTINUED TO STAND THERE AT THE REGISTER AND STARE AT THEM. THE DAUGHTER WAS JUST AS CONFUSED AS I WAS. I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS LADYS PROBLEM IS, SEEING AS IVE NEVER PERSONALLY HAD ENOUGH INTERACTION WITH HER FOR HER TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ME. IM DONE BEING TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN JUST BECAUSE SHE HAS SOME PERSONAL VENDETTA AGAINST ME FOR NO REASON. I EAT LUNCH HERE ALMOST EVERYDAY, IM A GREAT CUSTOMER AND IM DONE BEING SILENT. YOU ARE A DISRESPECTUL, RUDE, SPITEFUL PERSON JODI GLAVIANO AND YOU AND EVERYBODY ELSE DESERVES TO HEAR IT. SUCH A HORRIBLE SMALL TOWN BUSINESS OWNER, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE YOUVE OFFENDED OVER THE YEARS.
