The food qualify has definitely come a long way since the last time I had them. I ordered a $5 fill up box and everything on my order was pretty good. The staff was also friendly, courteous and fast. Only concern is that after dark the surrounding area does that seem to be the nicest, and there were definitely some questionable characters loitering. (a security guard should be hired, if a mom and pop taco place can afford one, I'm sure Yum! Brands can provide one too).

Some of the lunch workers are incompetent. I waited 10-15 minutes to order, another 5-10 minutes to get to the window, and another 2-3 minutes to get my food. It took about 25 minutes to get one item, and by that time I was already late for work. The freeze machine was also sludge, so I wonder how much they actually maintain it. I'm not ordering any more freezes, and if I even go it will be in the late hours. Money beggars also frequent this location. I don't have a problem with the homeless or food beggars, but money beggars are annoying.
