Karl Strauss Brewing Company is located in the parking lot of the Grand Pacific Palisades timeshare and hotel. They have a wonderful menu complete with many appetizers as well as full dinners. We enjoyed the ribs which had a beer basted barbecue sauce it was delicious and the ribs were cooked perfectly. Also as an appetizer the brussel sprouts came as quite a surprise liked the way the outside Leafs were very crispy in the inside tender they were basted with a delicious balsamic vinaigrette reduction. They also have a full array of burgers and don't miss out on the crispy fries they are basted in truffle oil and very good. Unfortunately I am not a drinker so I cannot tell you too much about the beer which they have developed quite a good reputation for, I can tell you this it looked like I was the only person in the place not drinking the beer so it must be pretty good.

Tofu was delicious! I don't even like tofu. Everything take great, small plates make more room for drinks. My husband and I left full and happy. Service was a little slow but super friendly. I'll be back again soon.

Not my type of place. Only sales beer/wine and is really loud. Food was good and service was great. Fast wait times, even when busy.

Ughhh best brewery dinner ever. Came for the beer but stayed for the food. Simply amazing. Was a little loud but totally worth it. Split a couple flights with the table to try everything and it was a great experience. Food was so good almost forgot about the beer.

This is a fantastic venue for a pleasant lunch or dinner. The brewery provided beers are great and have a wide range/selection. Not only IPAs. Good food tops off the experience.
