We ordered an appetizer - Spicy California buffalo cauliflower and two pizzas. The waitress brought the complimentary bread and our drinks. We sat and waited for 30 minutes and asked the status of the appraiser. The waitress stated they were out of the appetizer and the kitchen had burnt bought of our pizzas and new ones were in the oven and will take more time now! This is so surprising. Surely they didn't need 30 minutes to judge that they were out of the appetizer, and that too inform only when asked for. And all we were offered was complimentary soups in return.

Although the food is always great some of the servers are not very attending to us. Servers typically come back to check up on refills, missing sides, extra sauces, etc. but lately the staff in this location seems to have laxed in the past year - we come her at least every 4 to 6 weeks for the past 10 years. I know it is located in a college town and staff seems more attending to their peers (do they think college kids have the money to give them tips? let alone pay the big tabs?) I have been in college before and I know I was a scrooge with my allowance. So, I am just saying the manager needs to re-train their young staff to take care of the folks that gives them big tips. They need to improve their service to me to get my 5 star rating back.

I went to this location last week for the first time and it was great, today when I decided to go back I had a bad experience. Staff took forever to seat me because they were too busy talking to each other behind the counter. I requested to sit outside and I guess they forgot about me (I was the only one out there because the place was pretty empty) because it took forever to come and take my order and bring my food. No way it should take 45-50 minutes for a single person to be seated, order their food, and get their check especially since I was one of the very few customers in the restaurant. Very disappointed.

Damn good grub. My roasted vegetable salad was pretty good, something tasted a little bit too well cooked, a little burnt but overall was still pretty good. And the red velvet cake is stupid good!

Nice and delicious food, lunch set menu is worth the money. Service is good! Kids menu crispy chicken is very good!
