I was here for a birthday party and I feel like things could have been a little more organized. The pizzas were brought out 1 at a time and with all the kids and parents the pizza was gone within 3 seconds. People were still waiting to eat and 3 more pizzas were supposed to be served. I feel that all pizzas should be brought at the same time!!

Had our son's 6th birthday party here on a crazy busy Saturday! The staff and manager were so amazing. In the midst of all that chaos they still made my son feel like the most important kid at the place!! We will never forget our"fun break" at Chuck E. Cheese's!

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge that the staff works very hard for the workload they are given. My harshest criticism for this particular location is that everything seems to be undermanned and at times staff seems overwhelmed. at almost any given point we were simply waiting for extended periods of time to be served, whether it be to purchase food or coins/credits, to cash in our tickets for prizes, or to check out. I'm also a little sad that they no longer have a salad bar as that was my go-to lunch as a parent who does not care for the other kid food options on the menu. Regardless, I will probably continue to come to this location over and over again because my kids love it, there are a decent number of promotions available that make it more affordable, and it is very close by.

It has good service. Food was small but good. Took a long time to get the food though. Games were all fun and interactive. For kids of all ages.
