Great burgers, poorly cooked. The flavors are great, they have a lot of unique flavor profiles, the reds onion straws are my favorite and need to go on every burger. The only problem is they refuse to cook them less than medium. You can ask, beg, plead with the server to have them cook it as rare as possible and the server will agree and say it's not a problem, and it will come out medium. Every. Time. Fantastic burger ruined by overcooking. Please, cook the burgers to your customers requests and you will get 5 stars.

Great food awesome server's and ambiance. My wife and friends always enjoy our dinning experience here after catching a movie. We had the Fish Tacos, one of each and both were excellent. Our friend had the Sandpiper chicken sandwich and said it was excellent also. Great food and prices !

Can't beat Islands for unlimited fries with delicious American burgers and chicken sandwiches. Their Kaanapali Cobb is one of my favorites, while my husband almost always opts for unlimited bowls of tortilla soup. Their drinks are refreshing, and every month has a different (usually reduced price) offering, as well as awesome happy hour specials. Speaking of happy hour, they have extended hours and a great covered patio with heaters, which they are happy to turn on, for cold evenings. If you haven't tried Islands, you should go. Now. Yes, they're that good and a staple of southern California.

Love their lava flow drink and their bottomless skinny fries. Friendly staff. Great ambience. Drinks are a bit pricey though

Inconsistent food quality, sometimes it's decent. Even though we don't pay much for the food. The service should be fast and the food should be warm.
