Great food, friendly staff. Simple menu, serves only burgers, fries and milkshakes. Best burger I've had in San Diego. Be warned, it is always busy here no matter the time of day. If you're on a hurry, you may want to go elsewhere because this is not a quickie mart burger joint. It is worth the wait though!

In n out is at the top of their game when it comes to customer service , and this location meets that standard. Even with lines wrapping around the building during rush hour, they are quite efficient and maintain their calm, professional composure and quality product. My favorite thing about this location is how the employees go the extra mile. When I went, upon noticing I was alone with my young children, they offered to bring my food to me and fetch anything I needed like napkins, ketchup, etc. Even though I more or less had it under control, the gesture alone was very impressive, especially for a busy fast food place.

I'll keep this short. It's In-N-Out. If you've never been, it's a must visit. Best combo meal deal out there. Make sure you buy a tee-shirt and ask for window stickers. Friendly service. Lines move quickly, but it does take time to get your meal. It's hot and it's good. Simple menu, which makes it so easy to order. Secret menu can be found online.

My family and I always go to this location when we go to sd, and it'll be super busy because it's lunch hour. However, the line moves fast and our order comes out without waiting too long. The employees are super nice and we've even had them check up on us, hold the door open, and help us clean up before. And of course, the food is always good. Best In-n-Out I've ever been to!

Received just horrible service tonight. I told the cashier that I wanted the order to go when ordering alone. When my number was called, they were on red trays. I mentioned that I wanted it to go and she didn’t even hand me my drink cups though I ordered two combos from her. I had to show my receipt to prove that I get drinks with my order and she didn’t even apologize in forgetting to hand me my cups. I even was polite to her and somehow expected her to hand me a drink carrier when I was sitting across from the counter waiting for my order but she didn’t. I even had to ask someone else for it. Basically, the cashier I had was just rude. I have had better service the other times I was there but others else took my order
