I've had more than a few issues with this place going back to when they had the lower priced fish plate with beans and rice, thrown together other items and just this week I ordered onion rings and only got four (4) medium sized, fries nothing special, burgers better at other locations for some reason. Pretty high priced compared to quality is what I'm getting at. They do have a really cool playground inside that my kids used to enjoy when they were younger, so I think that actually brings them up to three stars.

I usually go pre lunch rush and food quality has been great. Never had any issue with my order and find the service outstanding, particularly the Hispanic manger. 4 not 5 due to cleanliness of table tops, abnormally sticky. Drink station always well stocked and clean same with the male restroom.

I don't know if the management has changed or what but the food quality was trouble. We stopped by for dinner w my kids. All of us was so surprised that the food actually didn't taste good. My sandwich too salty. Kids great American burgur not fresh at all. Chocolate chip cookies too small. All together we didn't enjoy the food at all. Very surprised!!

This location in particular is as average as it could possibly be.. pretty sure all effort is maxed out at the level of "passable".. Also, just learned their corporate office launched their new plan for portion sizing in which i have nicknamed 'supershrunked' Decent food and i definitely dig the sliders and the All American Combo choices bump it to a passing grade. Final note: All signage and advertising boasting 24-hour service (including a light-up sign above each customer entrance) is misleading and im sure will continue to waste consumers' time & energy/resources as the employees turn away any paying customers who are unable to be seated in a motor vehicle. Carl's Jr. is the only fast food joint that -for whatever reason- has failed to include the two simple words that'd eliminate any /all issues related to this note. I.e... change the bright, boasting signage from, "Open 24 hours" to "Open!-24 hour Drive Thru!" And possibly put up at least one note disclaiming "dining room closed and no service for pedestrians/ non motor vehicle occupants at drive thru window"..

Carl's Juniors food is just not the same as it used to be however at times you can get a yummy delicious hot sandwich made but it's hard to find those rare occasions
