The guy in front of me orders a salad then changes his mind- eye roll and teased by the prep staff... begin to squirm a little then once we pass through the line he tries to pay with a large bill and gets embarrassed by the "manager" who is standing outside the cash register line and the guy refused to take his bill- I step in and inform him that they could do a better job of managing customer expectations by posting the fact that they do not accept cash above a certain denomination, but the damage is done, he was going to buy me lunch then gets "shamed" for his nice gesture, fumbles around, now everyone know the guy has no credit card? sort of takes the wind out of his sails, frankly and finally after I intervene on his behalf, ready to pull out MY credit card and save the day, he's allowed to pay with his bill but by then the whole lunch experience was ruined by the lack of transparency about the policy. I think that a sign would have saved us the public shaming.

This store manages to constantly decline. Most (not all) employees seem not to care at all and it shows in their customer service as well as quality of food. I drive to a different Subway to get better service now.

Clean subway with a bathroom and friendly staff. Spacious with dining inside and plenty of parking.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was there on 02/22/17 @ 9:00pm. They're supposed to close at 12:00am and when we asked for avocado, the lady doing our sandwiches rudely said, "we don't have any." You can easily tell she is "training" the poor new employee, and i feel really bad for him. She is yelling at the employee and rolling her eyes at him for "being in his way" and not doing things fast enough. I was about to leave and a customer after me asked for a salad. I guess she had washed those utensils already because as soon as she turned to get them she rolled her eyes and silently said "f@$%". This is NOT the first time I see this behavior towards him. I was there last Friday where I saw the same exact "training techniques". I understand the need to train our employees to work fast to meet the high demand of a restaurant... trust me I've managed one. But there's a respectful way of talking and this lady has no idea how to do it.
