This has got to be one of the worst restaurants in San Diego. How does a pizza joint f@$! up pizza...Pernicano's found a way. Place looks ancient and if they've put so much as a coat of paint into the maintenance of this place I'd be shocked. When you walk in your senses are assaulted by just how run down the place is. Chuck E. Cheese puts more effort into their food. I'm normally pretty easy on pizza joints cause even a mediocre pizza is still better than none at all but this place is the exception. Starvation is preferable to this food. I've had years of experience with this place...the local elementary school used to have them cater their Wednesday pizza function. Kids don't know any better but I and the other parents had to choke this stuff down once a week for years. I even went in to the restaurant on a few occassions when responding to invitations from people who'd never been, so I've tried other menu options, all with terrible results. Do yourself a favor...tonight don't make it delivery, make it Digiorno's.

The pizza was jut as good as I remember as a kid. My kids absolutely loved it and the two of them almost ate an entire pizza by themselves. Definitely a must if you're craving some delicious pizza.

Traveled from mesa Arizona. was delicious even though we came in a little before closing they still let us sit and eat. Loved the environment and scene. Will definitely come back again.
