Took 3 tries to get my gluten free order right and then I had to ask for a fork because it was taken with the first order. My friend was almost done eating by the time I got the correct order. They did give me a complimentary soup while I waited which was nice.

Frequent Chili's often. This time the food was barely edible & the service pretty much non-existent. Need to find a new convenient restaurant.

Server seemed very automatic, robotic like, too scripted. We all ordered the 3 for $10 special. Our chili's were brought out and we were not even through a third of them when our entres's arrived. Just felt rushed overall. Good food, as always. Definitely cold inside, seems like every Chili's we got to, they are always cold, even when the temperature outside is cool or brisk.

I wasnt to fond of this chili's. The salad I ordered looked like I got the end of the salad bag with a couple of croutons. It was a sad salad. I also ordered the chips and salsa. The salsa looked like a blob. Nothing fresh about it. I'm sure it comes from a container and not made fresh, but don't let it like like it came like I got last months salsa. Waiter took a long time to ask me for a refill. My cup was empty for a long time before I got asked for a refill. And didn't see the waiter that much to ask for more. Over all, not my favorite location.
