Thursday night, the munchies hit as my heart was ripped in half between taco bell and jack in the box. Having never eaten inside a jack in the box, I saw the place was dead inside but very clean, organized and looking as if it were its first day in operation. Fashionably new and kept up well inside and out. So I went to taco bell drive thru then came to jack in the box and ordered 4 tacos without any complications. The order taker was great food was accurately prepared and was enjoyed within a reasonable amount of time. I would stop here again to eat. But I might have to add panda express with it next time because it is literally about 12 steps from this here seat I sit at within jack in the box.

Great customer service in the drive-through. Even better when I've ordered inside. Only had very few ordering issues, but they always pull through and make it right. Normal I can go there with a crazy breakfast order and they nail it.

Ughhhhh, ruined my morning. First one of the workers, possibly the manager decided he needed to sweep the drive through right before my car went through. I'm in a bit of a hurry so that was annoying. Then I get my breakfast. The bacon smells weird, not fresh and as much as I loved bacon I couldn't eat that. Then I go to eat my French toast which is sorry and devoid of powdered sugar, I look at my plastic ware, I got a pack with a knife and no fork. I'm so irritated. Never eating at this Jack in the box again. again.

This Jack in the Box is pretty close to my office, so I have to go here from time to time to get lunches for the office. On three different visits when I have requested no tomatoes on the sandwiches there were still tomatoes on all three of those occasions, even after repeating "Please remember, no tomatoes" three times on one visit. When I came in with two different coupons, the cashier accepted both, but charged the second full price without telling me, because I later find out the policy is one coupon per visit and I did notice the tab was a bit high. Now today, I left the office with a coupon for the fish sandwich. At the drive-thru they tell me they don't serve it anymore and I'm essentially trapped in the que. Text my boss, he sends me a pic of another coupon from the same sheet I took the first from. Says I should ask if they accommodate us. Cashier says no. Despite driving all the way out and trapped in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes, they really did nothing alleviate the inconveniences they created. Grossly incompetent, inconsiderate and lacking in professionalism.

Okay, so I have to say that I do love Jack in the Box. Late night munchies have been quickly satisfied by Jack's extensive menu. One of those items on the menu that solves those hangry pains is the Sourdough Jack. Now comes this particular location. Great service and quality whether I went through the drive thru or dined inside. It does not have a 24 hour drive thru despite being located very near Jack's corporate support center and development offices due to being franchised owned and not wanting to do 24 hours. No matter. Back to the Sourdough Jack. Ahhhhh yes, the beef patty with tomato, swiss cheese, ketchup, mayo-onion sauce and slices of bacon between two slices of sourdough bread all coming together in a glorious mess of goodness with each bite. Are they all created equal? Apparently not. At least not in the mind of Andrew. He highly suggested I try his version of the Sourdough Jack. His version replaced the normal strips of bacon with the much thicker slices of pork belly strips from Jack's 'Food Truck Series' Pork Belly Sandwich. Yes bacon is thinly sliced pork belly, but the slices took the Sourdough Jack to another level. I was left in a state of food bliss after consuming it. It was that good! Andrews employment at this location has perhaps led him to reconsider which menu items would do best to selectively interswap. Jack should consider a position in the menu item creation department for him, though I am not even sure such a department exists at Jack in the Box. Nevertheless, bravo to Andrew, and the entire crew present who made my Sourdough 'Pork Belly' Jack Combo possible. *Prices may vary at participating locations. Limited time;)
